1. Diet
We recommend a diet with more low
glycemic index foods such as meats,
fruits, vegetables and sea food.
Try to say away from breads, pastas,
sweets, juice, sodas, and certain
selected fruits and vegetables our
glycemic index chart. If you find
that you are gaining weight try
to apply the rule then you will
loose weight. Food awareness is
also important. As you consume each
food, be aware that certain foods
may contain an incredible amount
of calories and may affect weight
gain. Try to self monitor and eat
less of these foods in subsequent
meals.
2. Exercise
To maintain your weight, and increase
overall health, an exercise routine
of 30 minutes 3 times a week is
recommended. This will promote cardiovascular
health, burning of fat, strengthening
of muscles, and you will find maintaining
your weight will be so much easier.
3. Special
Blockers For Special Occasions
At BHAAG, we understand that there
are occasions in which we eat excessive
calories and wish those calories
would not translate into fat. You
can purchase extra Fat Blockers
and Sugar Blockers and use them
only on occasion. Thus, eliminating
unwanted excess calories.
4. Cellular
Nutrition
B.H.A.A.G’s Advanced
Maintenance Slim Program provides
your cells with the nutrients it
needs to burn fat and maintain
overall health.
5. Set a
Maximum Weight Limit
Everyone needs a maximum weight
limit in which he or she says, "I
will do whatever it takes for my
weight not to be even 1lb above
this limit." For example, if
your weight goal is 140lbs then
your maximum weight limit should
be 145lbs. It is normal to have
a 5lb range of fluctuation within
a week from food, water, and exercise.
If your weight hits 146lbs then
you must do more exercise, control
your diet, or begin therapy using
one of the above weight loss programs.
Do not allow yourself to have a
weight gain of 10lbs, 20lbs, 30lbs,
etc before you try to do something
about your weight.
If you follow the above 5 principles,
you will be able to maintain your
weight for life and increase your
longevity and health!
